United Nations

The United Nations, as in realty, can have a strong impact when there is enough support for the resolution.

When your request becomes a resolution, the countries need to decide what action they need to take.

The United Nation (UN) can have power to change things in the game only when other countries participate.

You can propose new requests to the UN every 3 days. If your request does not pass after 3 days then you do not have majority and the request will be removed.

If the majority vote for your request then the request becomes a resolution and it will be active for 3 days - after 3 days your resolution will vanish in book of history.

We received many requests to make the UN more effective! So here we go :-)

* If the resolution ”Everyone must make peace with the country…"  is accepted, then no one can attack this country for 3 days and also this country cannot attack for 3 days.

* If the resolution ”Everyone must ban the country…" is accepted, then no one can send supplies to this country (money or weapons) for 3 days.

* If the resolution ”Everyone must help the country…" is accepted, then the limitations to the amount of supplies and money to this country will be reduced for 3 days.

* If the resolution ”Everyone must stop the ballistic missiles production in the country… “ is accepted, then this country cannot buy ballistic missiles for 3 days.

* If the resolution ”We must restrict the number of weapons in the country… “is accepted, then this country cannot buy weapons for 3 days.

* If the resolution ”We demand money from the country… “is accepted, then this country will be prompted to send 25% of the money in the bank, at the time the resolution passes to the country that made the resolution.(After they send the money then they will get a message in their general news and the resolution will vanish from the UN)

* If the resolution ”We must disarm weapons from the country…" is accepted, then this country will not produce anything from their factories for 3 days!

* If the resolution ”We attack the banks in the country…" is accepted, then this country’s safe bank technology will not work for 3 days.

(You will have option to steal from this country and to hurt their economy.

Please read about the Anti-Spy technology to defend your country better)

* If the resolution ”Everyone must attack with spies the country… " is accepted, then 90% from the country Anti-Spy technology will not work for 3 days. (You will have a greater chance to succeed with your spies. Please read about the Spy technology to increase your chances.)   

* All other requests do not take effect automatically and it’s depending on U.N. members to decide what to do.

** All resolutions vanish after 3 days.    

 

U.N. limitations

* There can be 3 different kinds of requests on the same country in the same time.

* You cannot vote on the requests connected with your country.

* You cannot send an attack on another country if there is a UN request for peace on your country (12 hours before the resolution finishes you cannot attack any country). Please wait patiently until the request becomes a resolution or vanishes from the UN)

If a country is attacking your country then your country will have the option to respond until the U.N. request become resolution!

* You cannot send the same type of UN request for the next 72 hours. (Someone already made this type of request 72 hours ago)

* If country lost the game then the system will delete all the requests made by this country.

* Your country cannot send request or vote in the U.N. until you will have mor e then 250,000,000 power in industrial power!

* New players cannot send requests for 7 days.

 

Banned countries from the U.N.

If you used forbidden weapons then it will bring sanctions on your country.

* If you use forbidden weapons then you cannot send requests for peace or help in the UN for 7 days. (There are no UN bans anymore)

* If you use forbidden weapons then all the requests and resolutions connected to your country will be deleted.

 

Offer bribe in the U.N.

This option will allow the richer countries to bribe other countries to vote for them.

Just click on the button “UN requests and resolutions on your country” and offer a bribe.

* Every side in the request can offer a bribe. The money will automatically be transferred from the country which offered the bribe to the country that voted for it.

* Must have enough cash in your account or the bribe won't work.

* In the main U.N. screen we added a button that shows you all the resolutions offering a bribe.

* Bribe amounts in the U.N. can be from 10,000 until 2,000,000,000 max.

* If you do not have enough money to fulfill your bribe then we will allow you to change it to 0.

* If you do not have enough money to fulfill your bribe, countries will have the option to vote without taking the bribe.

 

Alliances

You can create an alliance group with common ground or just join an existing alliance.
If you create a new alliance then you will become the manager of this group/alliance, you can change alliance's info in order to kick out countries in the group.

To bring order to your alliance we added the option of password protection. If you leave the password option empty, anyone can join your alliance.
If you join an existing alliance, you will have the option to leave the alliance
 after 3 days (you must remain in the alliance for a minimum of 3 days)

* The alliance leader can declare emergency status in the alliance. (Every player in the alliance will receive a message after login that they need to contact the alliance leader immediately)

The message will be deleted after 3 days.

* The alliance leader can see in the alliance if members are online or not.  (Only if he/she has supporter)

Green = Online

Red = Offline

* The leader color is blue.

* If one of the players in the alliance is in code red status then you will see his color in red.

* You can see the total power and total industry power of the alliance. (This option update once every day)

* If you send message by the “Red Phone” option then you will have option to delete the message if everyone responded to the call.

 

Alliances limitations

* You can join the same alliance that you left after 3 days only!

* If you create an alliance you need to have a minimum of 3 members in 14 days or the alliance will be deleted automatically.

* Country that lost in the game will be deleted from the alliance and if the leader of the alliance had lost the game then the alliance will be deleted.

Research

In this section, you can upgrade your weapons effectiveness and increase the production of your factories and more...

Once you have 2 turns and enough money, a button will appear to buy the technology.

Weapons Research

               

You can increase your weapons effectiveness up to 100%.

Technology levels increase 10% at a time.

By improving your technology, your enemy will definitely feel your power!

 

More technology levels

* After level 10 you can research unlimited levels for military technologies.

Each level after the basic level 10 will be you another percent to the 100%

So if you have troop’s technology level 11 the system will calculate that your troop’s effectiveness is 101%.

* For each level you will buy you will need 2 turns. (If you want to buy 10 troops levels then you need 20 turns)

* When you will reach level 10 will open option to buy 99 levels in one click.

 

Ballistic missiles and SDI technology Research

           

You can improve your Ballistic Missiles and SDI Missiles by upgrading the warheads with the chosen purchase.

The technology jumps are 2,3,4,5,7,8,9,10 warheads added to every missile.

Example: You launched 1 ballistic missile with 7 warheads then the missile will hit up to 7 different targets.

Another example: one SDI missile with 7 warheads will destroy 7 incoming ballistic missiles.

Chemical warhead - Every missile that hits the enemy country can kill up to 10,000 troops.

Biological warhead - Every missile that hits the enemy country can destroy 1,000,000 cash and destroy 500 tanks.

Nuclear warheadcan destroy enemy factories and the LAND vanishes with it!

EMP warhead - Every missile that hits the enemy country can destroy 1-15 Jets, 1-15 Helicopters, 1-100 Ballistic Missiles and 1-50 satellites.

Ballistic Accuracy

Improving your ballistic accuracy will allow you to hit more enemy targets. (7 tech levels)

Tech level 0 - 20% of your ballistic missiles will aim on their targets.

Tech level 1 - 30% of your ballistic missiles will aim on their targets.

Tech level 2 - 40% of your ballistic missiles will aim on their targets.

Tech level 3 - 50% of your ballistic missiles will aim on their targets.

Tech level 4 - 60% of your ballistic missiles will aim on their targets.

Tech level 5 - 70% of your ballistic missiles will aim on their targets.

Tech level 6 - 75% of your ballistic missiles will aim on their targets.

Tech level 7 - 80% of your ballistic missiles will aim on their targets.

Factories Research

 

You can double your factory production

For every increase, you gain double the base production value.

Example: if you have a wood factory that produces 1000 every turn and you bought new technology that will improve your factory production by 100%, then every turn you will produce 2000 and so on…

Unique Research

Mines

Land Mines spread across your country and will inflict heavy causalities to those who invade your land (Defends against Full-Force Attack). You will need to buy this option every time you are Full-Force attacked.

 

Guard dogs

Guard dogs guard your banks, and will prevent enemies who Commando Attack you to steal money! (Defends against Commando Attacks only). You will need to buy this option every time you are attacked by Commandos.

Gas Masks 

Will protect your country for 3 days from chemicals and biological attacks! (Expires 3 days after your first purchase and you will need to buy this option again in 3 days)

 

Nuclear Shelter

Will protect your country for 3 days from Nuclear and EMP attacks! (Expires 3 days after your first purchase and you will need to buy this option again in 3 days)

Electronic Warfare

Electronic warfare will jam all enemy radar. (This option will allow you to send a one time bombing run against enemy land.  Enemy anti-air missiles will be blind to your jets, but enemy jets will still be able to defend.

Anti-Mine warfare

There are 10 levels of anti-mine warfare technology; every level protects more of your tanks from enemy mines.
