War Room

Warfare is the primary method of achieving greatness and recognition amongst other players.

Your military can launch attacks using various strategies and tactics.

Each battle or action depends on your and the enemy country’s power.

 

Killing civilians

If you will attack and you will kill enemy civilians then you will get punishment from the U.N. and you can be ban from many places.

Incase that you attack and did not kill civilians then you will not get punishment from the U.N.

 

Fight Rebels

This option allows you to engage the rebels in your country and try to eliminate them.
If you are successful, many rebels will die and your country will be protected for a while.
If you fail, more civilians will join the rebels (the amount of civilians who join the rebels depends on your government type).
Rebels ForceTheir forces are built with civilians armed with any kind of guns and automatic weapons. Their technology level is equal to your troops’ level of technology.


Requirements
50 Turns and a minimum of 1,000 troops.

Anti-Rebel technologyEach level will increase your chances to find the best tactics against the rebels and to win the battle.
Your chances of success depend on how many troops you fight with and how many levels of anti-rebels technology you possess.

 

Prisoners

This window shows you the total number of prisoners that are in your country’s jail.
You can release the prisoners from the jail and get $1,000,000 from the World Bank for each prisoner.
You need to have a minimum of 100 prisoners in your jail before you can release them.

 

War Room Actions

* You may have a maximum of 7 attack windows against any given country.

* Little actions may spread into total war. Be careful.

* There are requirements for each action, which are listed in the description below.  

* The actions that you make can affect your global relations. You can be restricted from buying arms from the market or even banned from the U.N.

* You may choose from the following actions only until the enemy responds or the window is closed.

( The window is closed if the enemy chooses not to respond)

* Opening an attack window costs 10 turns.

Rules for opening attack windows
1. You cannot open an attack window on a player from your alliance.
2. You cannot open an attack window on a new player. (A player who has played for less than 24 hours is considered new)
3. You cannot open an attack window on a player who plays from the same computer/network or a player who the system has decided to connect to your country because of suspicious actions in the game. (The restrictions will only be for 14 days)
4. You cannot open an attack window on a player if the system has found that another country that plays from your computer/network has already opened an attack window on this country! (The restrictions will be for 14 days)
5. You cannot open an attack window on a player whose country’s Net Worth is bigger than your country’s Net Worth by 33%.
(There is a change in the percents if you possess aircraft/helicopter carriers)
6. You cannot open an attack window on a player whose country’s Net Worth is less than your country’s Net Worth by 25%.
(There is change in the percents if you possess aircraft/helicopter carriers)

7. You cannot open an attack window on a player whose country is in vacation mode. Note: you may still attack the player if the attack window was opened before he/she went into vacation mode.

8. Countries ranked 1-10 can attack any country ranked 1-10 with no relationship to Net Worth.
9. Everyone can attack the countries ranked 1-10.

10. If you attack your enemy you will then enter defense mode for this window and your enemy will have the chance to respond. If your enemy responds you can then attack again using the same attack window (until the window time is up).

 

Covert Action
This action will open a window of 24 hours to send commando troops behind enemy lines.
Attacker and Defender Possible Actions:
* Each covert action takes 5 turns.
* Must have 50 troops with technology level 5 or higher.
* Missions chance of success depends on enemy troops’ technology level and quantity.
1. Hit enemy basesYour commando troops will try to hit enemy bases and destroy as many tanks and APs as they can.
* If successful you can destroy 0-50 enemy tanks + 0-50 APCs.
* The enemy will lose real tanks and APCs because your commando troops will notice the fake weapons.
2. Capture enemy commanderYour commando troops will try to kidnap an enemy commander and  get important intelligence information from him.
* If successful you can get the following information:

Number of Military Personnel
Number of Rebels
Number of Civilians
3. Rescue missionYour commando troops will try to rescue captured troops that are in an enemy prison. (You will release all the captured troops including troops that do not belong to your country)

If successful all captured troops are released from the enemy prison and will become civilians in your country.
4. Capture enemy shipmentYour commando troops will try to capture an enemy resource shipment to another country.
* If successful all the resources in the shipment are transferred to your country and the transport ships are destroyed.
5. Search and Destroy
Your commando troops, armed with sniper guns, will try to ambush an enemy patrol.
* If successful you can kill 0-250 enemy troops.
6. I want them alive
Your troops will try to ambush enemy troops and capture as many as they can.
* If successful 0-50 of the enemy troops will be captured
.

 

Limit Respond

This action will open a window of 48 hours to use your military power against enemy military positions.

Attacker and Defender Possible Actions:

* Each action takes 3 turns.

1. Bombing Run – One squadron of bombers will fly above one enemy radar-base and will try to destroy it.

* 24 bombers and 50 jets to escort them.

* Mission’s chance of success depends on enemy jets technology level and quantity.

* If successful you can destroy:

0-2500 Troops

0-75 Anti Air Missiles

0-50 Fighter Jets

All enemy radars will be eliminated.  

2. Artillery Barrage – One battalion of artillery will shell enemy positions.

* Must have 100 artillery units.

* Mission’s chance of success depends on enemy artillery technology level and quantity.

* If successful you can destroy:

0-1000 Troops

0-100 Artillery

3. Navy Attack – 3 ships will try to sink enemy ships.

* Must have 3 battle ships.

* Mission’s chance of success depends on enemy ships technology level and quantity.

* If successful you can destroy  0-3 enemy ships. 

4. Soften Enemy Positions – 48 attack helicopters will fly from your bases and will try to hit as many as enemy tanks and APCs as they can.

* Must have 48 attack helicopters.

* Mission’s chance of success depends on enemy anti-air missiles technology level and quantity.

* If successful you can destroy:

0-250 Tanks

0-350 APCs

0-50 Anti Air Missiles

5. Stealth Attack – 3 submarines will launch a surprise missile attack on enemy civilian ships.

* Mission’s chance of success depends on enemy submarines technology level and quantity.

* If successful you can kill 0-5,000 enemy civilians.

World reaction:

* The attacker country will be banned from the U.N. for 7 days.

* You cannot buy weapons from the market for 3 days.

6. Deep surprise – 24 ASW helicopters will try to hit as many enemy submarines as they can.

* Must have 24 ASW helicopters.

* Mission’s chance of success depends on enemy anti-air missiles technology level and quantity.

* If successful you can destroy 0-7 enemy submarines.

 

Bombardment

This action will open a window of 24 hours to use your air-force power for a full-scale bombardment against enemy military positions. 

Attacker and Defender Possible Actions:

* Each action takes 7 turns.

1. Operation Pegasus – All your bombers will fly above enemy Anti Air Missiles bases and will try to destroy them.

* Minimum of 24 bombers and 50 jets to escort them.

* Mission’s chance of success depends on enemy jets technology level and quantity.

* If successful you can destroy:

0-33% Anti Air Missiles

0-1% Fighter Jets

2. Operation Joker – All your bombers will fly above enemy military airports and will try to destroy enemy airplanes as they lie on the ground.

* Minimum of 24 bombers and 50 jets to escort them.

* Mission’s chance of success depends on enemy jets technology level and quantity.

* If successful you can destroy:

0-1% Anti Air Missiles

0-25% Fighter Jets

0-25% Bombers

0-25% Transport Airplanes

0-25% Airborne Surveillance Planes

0-25% Spy Planes

3. Operation Armageddon – All your bombers will fly above enemy technology centers and will try to destroy them.

* Minimum of 48 bombers and 100 jets to escort them.

* Mission’s chance of success depends on enemy anti-air missiles technology level and quantity.

* If successful you can destroy:

0-1% Anti Air Missiles

0-1% Jets

Take down 5 levels of technology research. (Nuclear or Biological or Chemical or EMP)

4. Operation Needle – All your bombers will fly above suspected enemy ballistic missiles bases and will try to destroy them.

* Minimum of 48 bombers and 100 jets to escort them.

* Mission’s chance of success depends on enemy anti-air missiles technology level and quantity.

* If successful you can destroy:

0-1% Anti Air Missiles

0-1% Fighter Jets

0-50% Ballistic Missiles 

5. Operation Blackjack – All your bombers will fly above suspected enemy SDI missile bases and will try to destroy them.

* Minimum of 48 bombers and 100 jets to escort them.

* Mission’s chance of success depends on enemy anti-air missiles technology level and quantity.

* If successful you can destroy:

0-1% Anti Air Missiles

0-1% Fighter Jets

0-50% SDI Missiles

6. Operation Hell City – All your bombers will fly above enemy cities and will try to drop bombs on them and make the city look like hell.

* Minimum 24 bombers and 50 jets to escort them.

* Mission’s chance of success depends on enemy jets technology level and quantity.

* If successful you can destroy:

0-1% Anti Air Missiles

0-1% Fighter Jets

0-5000 civilians will die from the bombardment.

World reaction:

* The attacker country will be banned from the U.N. for 7 days.

* You cannot buy weapons from the market for 3 days.

7. Operation Bye-Bye Military – All your bombers will fly above enemy military bases and will try to make as much damage while they drop the bombs above them.

* Minimum of 96 bombers and 200 jets to escort them.

* Mission’s chance of success depends on enemy anti-air missiles technology level and quantity.

* If successful you can destroy:

0-33% Troops

0-25% Tanks

0-25% APCs

0-25% Artillery

0-25% Anti Air Missiles

8. Operation sharp and smooth – All your attack helicopters will make an attack on enemy military bases.

* Minimum of 96 attack helicopters.

* Mission’s chance of success depends on enemy anti-air missiles technology level and quantity.

* If successful you can destroy:

0-35% Tanks

0-35% APCs

0-10% Artillery

0-10% Anti Air Missiles

0-10% of the enemy attack helicopters will be destroyed on ground.

0-10% of the enemy ASW helicopters will be destroyed on ground.

 

Conquer Land

This action will open a window of a minimum of 48 hours to use some of your military power to try to conquer land.

Attacker and Defender Possible Actions:

* Each action takes 25 turns.

1. Operation take the next hill – 48 transport helicopters loaded with troops will try to take over the closest hill.

* 48 transport helicopters + 1000 troops are required to perform this action.

* Mission’s chance of success depends on enemy anti-air missiles and troop’s technology level and quantity.

Attack steps:

Step 1 – The helicopters try to land the troops on the hill and try to avoid enemy anti-air missiles.

Step 2 – The troops try to conquer the hill.

* If successful you can destroy and conquer:

0-500 Troops

0-50 Tanks

0-100 APCs

0-50 Artillery

0-1% of enemy free land will be conquered 

2. Operation hill top – 48 transport airplanes loaded with paratroopers will try to take over the highest land in enemy territory.

* 48 transport airplanes + 2500 troops with minimum technology level 3 are required to perform this action.

* Mission’s chance of success depends on enemy anti-air missiles and troops’ technology level and quantity.

Attack steps:

Step 1 – The airplanes try to parachute the troops to the top of the hill and to avoid enemy anti-air missiles.

Step 2 – The troops try to conquer the top of the hill.

* If successful you can destroy and conquer:

0-1250 Troops

0-100 Tanks

0-200 APCs

0-100 Artillery

0-3% of enemy free land will be conquered

3. Operation fast kick – 500 APCs loaded with troops will try to expand the border.

* 500 APCs + 10,000 troops are the minimums to perform this action.

* Mission’s chance of success depends on enemy APC and troops’ technology level and quantity.

Attack steps:

Step 1 – The APCs try to penetrate the enemy land and to unload the troops close to the target area.

Step 2 – The troops try to conquer the land.

* If successful you can destroy and conquer:

0-5,000 Troops

0-200 Tanks

0-500 APCs

0-200 Artillery

0-7% of enemy free land will be conquered

4. Operation storm at sea – All your battle ships will invade the enemy shore and will try to take the seashore by force.

* Minimum 200 battle ships with technology level 50.

* Mission’s chance of success depends on enemy submarines technology level and quantity.

Attack steps:

* If successful you can destroy and conquer:

0-20% submarines

0-10% of enemy free land will be conquered

 

Ballistic Attack

This action will open a window of a minimum of 72 hours to use your ballistic power against your enemy.

Attacker and Defender Possible Actions:

* Each action takes 10 turns.

* Minimum of 50 ballistic missiles.

* The technology level of the ballistic missile = Ballistic Accuracy.

Example: You launch 100 ballistic missiles with technology level 3 on the enemy. Only 3 ballistic missiles will continue to their target and after that it will depend on the enemy’s SDI if the ballistic missiles reach their targets.

* Chance of success depends on enemy SDI missiles technology level and quantity.

1. Active Code “Punishment” – You can launch ballistic missiles with conventional warheads against enemy factories.

* If your missiles penetrate your enemy’s SDI defenses each missile can destroy 1 factory.

* If the factory has been hit the land will be released for the enemy to use it again.

2. Active Code “Eagle warning” – You can launch ballistic missiles with conventional warheads against enemy civilian targets.

* If your missiles penetrate your enemy’s SDI defenses each missile can kill 0-50 civilians.

World reaction:

* The attacker country will be banned from the U.N. for 7 days.

* You cannot buy weapons from the market for 3 days.

3. Active Code “Tiger claws” – You can launch ballistic missiles with chemical warheads against enemy military targets.

* If your missiles penetrate your enemy’s SDI defenses each missile can kill 0-500 enemy troops.

World reaction:

* The attacker country will be banned from the U.N. for 14 days.

* You cannot buy weapons from the market for 3 days.

4. Active Code “Shark bite” – You can launch ballistic missiles with chemical warheads against enemy civilian targets.

* If your missiles penetrate your enemy’s SDI defenses each missile can kill 0-1000 civilians.

* The attacker country will be banned from the U.N. for 14 days.

* You cannot buy weapons from the market for 7 days.

5. Active Code “Little head” – You can launch ballistic missiles with Biological warheads against enemy military targets.

6. Active Code “Bigger head” – You can launch ballistic missiles with Biological warheads against enemy civilian targets.

7. Active Code “Bye-bye Electricity” – You can launch ballistic missiles with EMP warheads against enemy civilian targets.

* If your missiles penetrate your enemy’s SDI defenses your enemy’s industry will not be active for the next 5 days.

* The attacker country will be banned from the U.N. for 14 days.

8. Active Code “Bye-bye Production” – You can launch ballistic missiles with EMP warheads against enemy military targets.

* If your missiles penetrate your enemy’s SDI defenses your enemy cannot build weapons for the next 5 days.

* The attacker country will be banned from the U.N. for 14 days.

9. Active Code “Dooms day” – You can launch ballistic missiles with Nuclear warheads against enemy civilian targets.

* If your missiles penetrate your enemy’s SDI defenses each missile can kill 0-100000 civilians and the enemy’s industry will not be active for the next 5 days.

World reaction:

* The attacker country will be banned from the U.N. for 30 days.

* You cannot buy weapons from the market for 30 days.

10. Active Code “Armageddon day” – You can launch ballistic missiles with Nuclear warheads against enemy military targets.

* If your missiles penetrate your enemy’s SDI defenses each missile can destroy and kill:

Operation Freedom

This action will open a window of a minimum of 72 hours to use all of your military power against your enemy.

Attacker and Defender Possible Actions:

* Each Action takes 30 turns.

* Minimum requirements:

25,000 Troops

1,000 Tanks

2,500 APCs

1,000 Artillery

250 Fighter Jets

48 Bombers

100 Attack Helicopters

48 ASW Helicopters

5 Battle ships

* Mission’s chance of success depends on enemy military power and technology level.

Attack steps:

Step 1 – All your bombers will try to bomb military bases and equipment in the enemy territory, while all your fighter jets will provide cover to the bombers from the enemy fighter jets. The damage that the bombers can do depends on their quantity and technology.

Step 2 – All your attack helicopters will try to hit many enemy military targets before the invasion begins. The only enemy of your attack helicopters is the enemy anti-air missiles.

Step 3 – All your artillery cannons will try to shell many enemy military positions. Your generals tell you that the enemy artillery will return fire on your positions as well.

Step 4 – All your ASW helicopters will try to sink enemy submarines. The only enemy of your ASW helicopters is the enemy anti-air missiles (the quantity of the enemy anti-air missiles that will attack your ASW helicopters is the same quantity as your ASW helicopters. The winner is the one that has the highest technology level).

Step 5 – All your battle ships will try to maneuver close to your enemy’s shore and shell enemy lines. Your generals tell you that the enemy battle ships will attack your battle ships at sea.

Step 6 – All the enemy attack helicopters will try to hit your invading army while your fighter jets will try to protect your army (the quantity of your fighter jets that attack the enemy attack helicopters is the same quantity as the enemy attack helicopters. The winner is the one that has the highest technology level. The quantity of your fighter jets depends also on whether you have enough after step 1 of the attack).

Step 7 – All your tanks will invade the enemy industrial zone while the enemy tanks will try to stop your tanks from reaching the zone. If your tanks succeed in their mission 0-25% of enemy resources will transfer to your country.

Step 8 – All your APCs will drive to their target zone to try to unload your troops and the enemy APCs will try to stop them.

Step 9 – If your APCs managed to reach the target zone they will unload all your troops and your troops will then attack the enemy troops and if you win your troops will steal 0-25% of the enemy’s money and will liberate 0-15% of the enemy’s civilians who will join your country.

 

Total Annihilation

This action will open a window of a minimum of 72 hours to use your all of your military power against your enemy.

Attacker and Defender Possible Actions:

* Each Action takes 50 turns.

* Minimum requirements:

50,000 Troops

3,000 Tanks

5,000 APCs

2,000 Artillery

750 Fighter Jets

150 Bombers

250 Attack Helicopters

48 ASW Helicopters

5 Battle ships

* Mission’s chance of success depends on enemy military power and technology level.

Attack steps:

Step 1 – All your bombers will try to bomb military bases and equipment in the enemy territory while all your fighter jets will provide cover to the bombers from the enemy fighter jets. The damage that the bombers can do depends on their quantity and technology.

Step 2 – All your attack helicopters will try to hit many enemy military targets before the invasion begins. The only enemy of your attack helicopters is the enemy anti-air missiles.

Step 3 – All your artillery cannons will try to shell many enemy military positions. Your generals tell you that the enemy artillery will return fire on your positions as well.

Step 4 – All your ASW helicopters will try to sink enemy submarines. The only enemy of your ASW helicopters is the enemy anti-air missiles (the quantity of the enemy anti-air missiles that attack your ASW helicopters is the same quantity as your ASW helicopters. The winner is the one that has the highest technology level).

Step 5 – All your battle ships will try to maneuver close to your enemy’s shore and shell enemy lines. Your generals tell you that the enemy battle ships will attack your battle ships at sea.

Step 7 – All your tanks will invade the enemy industrial zone while the enemy tanks will try to stop your tanks from reach the zone. If your tanks succeed in their mission then 0-50% of enemy resources will be destroyed and 0-20% of enemy free land will be conquered.

Step 8 – All your APCs will drive to their target zone to try to unload your troops and the enemy APCs will try to stop them.

Step 9 – If your APCs managed to reach the target zone they will unload all your troops and your troops will then attack the enemy troops and if you win your troops will burn 0-75% of the enemy’s money and 0-25% of the enemy’s civilians will be killed.

* You cannot buy weapons from the market for 3 days.

 

Aircrafts carriers & helicopters carriers

If you possess aircraft carriers or helicopter carriers you can have a long range hand to assist your allies and to punish other countries.

When you possess one of the carriers it will open to you another option for attacking called “Long Range Punishment”.

The carriers will allow you to open an attack window on a player whose country’s Net Worth is bigger or smaller than your country’s Net Worth by 50%.

Each technology level of aircraft carrier allows you to send 10 jets and bombers to attack enemy targets.

Each technology level of helicopter carrier allows you to send 10 attack helicopters and ASW helicopters to attack enemy targets.

This action will open a window of a minimum of 72 hours to use your all your long range military power against your enemy.

Attacker and Defender Possible Actions:

* Each Action takes 10 turns.

1. Operation Surprise – One squadron of bombers will fly above enemy military sea ports and will try to make a surprise attack against the enemy fleet.

* Must have 48 bombers and 100 jets to escort them and the option to carry them on the carriers.

* Mission’s chance of success depends on enemy jets technology level and quantity.

* If successful you can destroy:

0-250 Fighter Jets

0-75 Battle ships

0-75 Transport ships

2. Operation Long Hand – One squadron of bombers will fly above enemy air intelligence centers and will try to bomb enemy reconnaissance planes while they are on the ground.

* Must have 48 bombers and 100 jets to escort them and the option to carry them on the carriers.

* Mission’s chance of success depends on enemy jets technology level and quantity.

* If successful you can destroy:

0-500 Fighter Jets

0-100 Airborne surveillance planes

0-250 Spy Planes

0-750 UAV

3. Operation Hit the fleet – One squadron of bombers will fly above enemy aircraft carriers or helicopter carriers and will try to destroy one of them.

* Must have 48 bombers and 100 jets to escort them and the option to carry them on the carriers.

* Mission’s chance of success depends on enemy jets technology level and quantity.

* If successful you can destroy:

0-75 Fighter Jets + 0-75 Fighter Jets (if you hit an aircraft carrier)

0-48 Attack helicopters (if you hit a helicopter carrier)

0-25 Battle Ships

0-1 Aircraft carrier or Helicopter Carrier

4. Operation Hot ground – 72 attack helicopters will fly from your Helicopter Carriers and will try to hit as many tanks and APCs as they can.

* Must have 72 attack helicopters.

* Mission’s chance of success depends on enemy anti-air missiles technology level and quantity.

* If successful you can destroy:

0-750 Tanks

0-1500APC

0-500 Anti Air Missiles

5. Operation HelliDay – 72 attack helicopters will fly from your Helicopter Carriers and will try to hit as many enemy troops and artillery as they can.

* Must have 72 attack helicopters.

* Mission’s chance of success depends on enemy anti-air missiles technology level and quantity.

* If successful you can destroy:

0-7000 Troops

0-750 Artillery

6. Operation Deep Bombs – 48 ASW helicopters will fly from your Helicopter Carriers and will try to hit as many enemy submarines as they can.

* Must have 48 ASW helicopters.

* Mission’s chance of success depends on enemy anti-air missiles technology level and quantity.

* If successful you can destroy 0-48 enemy submarines. 

7. Operation Dice Roll – One squadron of bombers will fly above enemy technology centers and will try to destroy them.

* Must have 48 bombers and 100 jets to escort them and the option to carry them on the carriers.

* Mission’s chance of success depends on enemy jets technology level and quantity.

* If successful you can destroy:

0-100 Fighter Jets

0-250 Anti Air Missiles

Take down 0-3 levels of random technology research.

8. Operation Turkey Shoot – Your aircraft carriers will try to destroy enemy aircraft/helicopter carriers.

* Must have 7 aircraft carriers with technology level 7 or more.

* Must have 490 jets.

* Mission’s chance of success depends on enemy jets technology level and quantity.

* If successful you can destroy:

0-21 Aircraft/Helicopter Carriers.

0-2100 Fighter Jets/0-2100 Attack Helicopters.
