Spies Operations Center

This screen will allow you to send spies into enemy territory.

You can choose only 7 operations a time for each country and it will take some time before you achieve results (check target importance).

* You will get the results in your country intelligence news once the time has passed (depending on the target importance that you choose). If the time has passed and you still have not received the results be patient and you will receive them shortly.

* The target country will know that you sent the spies but if you frame another country then the target country will think that the country you framed did it.

* If the target country goes on vacation during this time the operation will still continue.

* Your country cannot go into vacation mode if you have a spy operation active.

* You can send only one operation against a particular country at a time. You must wait until that operation is completed before you can send another operation against the same country.

* If you frame another country the blame will fall on the country you framed even if the operation failed.

Frame the country

Costs 2 times more than the regular spy operation but you do not need to worry because you just frame another country. (The frame operations have the same chance as success as regular spy operations).

* Use this option intelligently and you can cause war between two countries.

* If your enemy has high anti-frame technology then the frame will probably not work and your enemy will know that it’s you who sent the spies.

 

Target importance

How much time should it take to accomplish the operation?

Low = 72 hours (Does not cost extra turns)

Moderate = 48 hours (Cost 2+ Turns)

High = 24 hours (Cost 5+ Turns)

Extreme = 8 hours (Cost 7+ Turns)

Support Rebels (Civil)

Description: Your spy has bags full of money to support the rebels in the enemy territory.

Probability of Success: 75/1000

Each Spy tech level increases your chance of success by: +25

Each Anti-Spy tech level decreases the enemy’s chance of success by: -25

If Successful: Your spy will deliver the money to the enemy rebels and 5% of the civilians of this country will become rebels.

 

Sabotage (Civil)

Description: Your spy tries to put bombs in the enemy resource center.

Probability of Success: 50/1000

Each Spy tech level increases your chance of success by: +15

Each Anti-Spy tech level decreases the enemy’s chance of success by: -15

If Successful: The bomb will explode and 25% of the enemy resources will vanish.

 

Sabotage (Economics)

Description: Your spy tries to put bombs in the enemy central bank.

Probability of Success: 25/1000

Each Spy tech level increases your chance of success by: +15

Each Anti-Spy tech level decreases the enemy’s chance of success by: -15

If Successful: The bomb will explode and 75% of the enemy money will vanish.

 

Sabotage (Military)

Description: Your spy tries to put bombs in the enemy base.

Probability of Success: 25/1000

Each Spy tech level increases your chance of success by: +15

Each Anti-Spy tech level decreases the enemy’s chance of success by: -15

If Successful: The bomb will explode and one jet/ship/submarine will vanish.

 

Cause Dissension (Military)

Description: Your spy tries to encourage enemy troops to desert the army.

Probability of Success: 50/1000

Each Spy tech level increases your chance of success by: +10

Each Anti-Spy tech level decreases the enemy’s chance of success by: -10

If Successful: 20% of the enemy’s troops will leave the army and they will become civilians.

 

Steal Money (Economics)

Description: Your spy plans to steal money from the enemy central bank.

Probability of Success: 50/1000

Each Spy tech level increases your chance of success by: +25

Each Anti-Spy tech level decreases the enemy’s chance of success by: -25

If Successful: 15% of the enemy’s money will transfer to your country’s central bank.

 

Infiltrate enemy Intelligence Center (Military)

Description: Your spy will try to infiltrate the enemy’s intelligence center and will try to download the last spy activity that the enemy did.

Probability of Success: 25/1000

Each Spy tech level increases your chance of success by: +5

Each Anti-Spy tech level decreases the enemy’s chance of success by: -5

If Successful: You can get access for 3 days to the enemy spy center computer and see the enemy spy news results. 

 

Assassination (Politics)

Description: Your spy plans to kill the head of the enemy country.

Probability of Success: 1/1000

Each Spy tech level increases your chance of success by: +1

Each Anti-Spy tech level decreases the enemy’s chance of success by: -1

If Successful: The enemy country leader is hit and cannot operate for 3 days.

* The enemy cannot do anything in his country until the time has passed!

 

Espionage (Civil)

Description: Your spy tries to hack into the enemy internal affairs computer and to download the amount of civilians that the enemy has.  

Probability of Success: 100/1000

Each Spy tech level increases your chance of success by: +25

Each Anti-Spy tech level decreases the enemy’s chance of success by: -25

If Successful: Your spy will deliver to you the information on how many civilians the enemy has.

Espionage (Politics)

Description: Your spy infiltrates the enemy territory and makes a check of the amount of rebels available to attack enemy positions.  

Probability of Success: 75/1000

Each Spy tech level increases your chance of success by: +25

Each Anti-Spy tech level decreases the enemy’s chance of success by: -25

If Successful: Your spy will deliver to you the information on how many rebels are ready to attack the enemy bases.

 

Espionage (Economics)

Description: Your spy tries to hack into the enemy central bank computer and to download the amount of spare money that the enemy has.  

Probability of Success: 100/1000

Each Spy tech level increases your chance of success by: +25

Each Anti-Spy tech level decreases the enemy’s chance of success by: -25

If Successful: Your spy will deliver to you the information on how much spare money the enemy has.

Description: Your spy tries to hack into the enemy central base computer and to download the amount of military personnel that the enemy has.

If Successful: Your spy will deliver to you the information on exactly how many military personnel the enemy has.

 

Terrorize (Civil)

Description: Your spy plans a terrorist action on civilian centers.

Each Anti-Spy tech level decreases the enemy’s chance of success by: -15

If Successful: From 1 to max 10,000 enemy civilians will die from the explosion.

 

Terrorize (Military)

Description: Your spy plans a terrorist action on military bases.   

Probability of Success: 50/1000

Each Spy tech level increases your chance of success by: +15

Each Anti-Spy tech level decreases the enemy’s chance of success by: -15

If Successful: From 1 to max 10,000 enemy military personnel will die from the explosion.

 

Rig Elections (Politics)

Description: Your spy plans to be the Ministry for Foreign Affairs.   

Probability of Success: 3/1000

Each Spy tech level increases your chance of success by: +3

Each Anti-Spy tech level decreases the enemy’s chance of success by: -3

If Successful: You can send one relations message on behalf of this country.

* The enemy country will not know about it.

* You have 3 days to use the option to send one message and after 3 days the option will be gone.

 

Start Coup (Civil)

Description: Your spy plans to start a coup in enemy territory!   

Probability of Success: 5/1000 + depending on the rebels quantity

Each Spy tech level increases your chance of success by: +5

Each Anti-Spy tech level decreases the enemy’s chance of success by: -5

* The operation can be successful only if the enemy has more then 70% rebels.

If Successful: All the spare money + resources of this country will be transferred to your country.
