Buy units

In this screen you can buy units made in the real world.

You can buy units depending on your government type .

The price is fixed and the calculations are like the following:

Fixed price * technology level = Buy price.

Example: Tanks with technology level 10 will cost 5,000,000 and Bombers with technology level 3 will cost 21,000,000.

 

Buy options

When you click to buy a weapon a window will appear that shows you what you need in order to buy the weapon.

You can choose how many units you want to buy.

* This depends on how much money you have and how many civili ans you c an recruit.

Each weapon needs troops to operate it and you will need to recruit the troops from your civilians.

The recruiting will be done automatically when you buy the weapons.  (The quantity that you can recruit depends on your government type)

* If you choose the government type “Fascism” you can buy only troops and other international weapons but not from real world countries. You will need to produce your own weapons or to buy them from the black market.

 

You cannot own more than one weapon of the same type.

This means that you can own one kind of tank and one kind of jet…

Example: You can own the Abrahams tank but you cannot have another kind of tank at the same time.

There are weapons with sub menus like the Jets, Helicopters and Ships.

When you click on them you will have the option to choose a sub-weapon e.g. in jets it will be bombers, UAV and others…

Weapons description

Troops – Troops are used in the game to guard your country from enemy ground attacks and full scale invasion. They can be used to defend your country from enemy commando raids, and can also be used to launch commando attack raids.

They can kill and destroy: Troops, APCs, Tanks, Artillery and anti-air missiles.

 

Tanks – Tanks are very important when you launch full scale invasions. The more tanks you have, the greater the chance of obtaining land. It is important to note that tanks are also used as the last line of defense upon enemy invasion.

Can kill and destroy: Troops, APCs, Tanks and to conquer land.

 

Armored Personnel Carrier (APC) – APCs will protect your troops until they reach the target point and will then unload them for their mission.

APCs are used to carry troops by land or sea and can protect your troops when the enemy invades. The more APCs you have means that you will increase your troops’ chance to survive before the battle troops vs troops begins.

Can kill and destroy: Troops, APCs and to conquer land.

 

Artillery – Artillery units are used to soften enemy troop positions and enemy artillery.  A good idea is to use Artillery Barrage and to follow it with a Commando Attack.  This way the enemy has fewer troops to defend his/her land.

Can kill and destroy: Troops, artillery.

 

Anti-Air Missiles – The anti-air missiles are used to defend your country from air attacks (i.e. Jets and helicopters) and also from enemy air-reconnaissance missions.

When the enemy sends his bombers and jets above your country then the second line of defense will be the anti-air missiles.

Can destroy: Fighter jets, bombers, airborne surveillance, UAV, Spy planes, transport airplanes, attack helicopters, ASW helicopters, transport helicopters.

 

Fighter Jets – Jets are a powerful weapon in the game.  Their job is to escort the bombers and to supply air cover until the bombers reach there destination.  The more jets you have, the greater the chance you will protect your land from enemy bombers that plan to bomb your country. It's important to have air superiority when the invasion begins.

Can destroy: Fighter jets, anti air missiles and bombers.

 

Bombers – The more bombers you have the more destruction you can bring upon your enemy.

The bombers can be used in bombing run missions and also when you plan to punish an enemy using the aircraft carrier. A good idea is to use them to launch waves of bombing runs before launching a full scale invasion. 

Can destroy: Almost everything. You just cannot destroy submarines with the bombers.

 

Airborne Surveillance – You can use your airborne surveillance planes to track the enemy country and to get important information on enemy military buildup. (See Air Reconnaissance missions)

 

Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) – The UAV are good for obtaining information on enemy units without risking human life. (See Air Reconnaissance missions)

 

Spy Planes – Spy planes can give you double the information that the UAV gives and you can gather important information on enemy units. (See Air Reconnaissance missions)

 

Transport Airplanes – Can be used for one thing only and that is to drop paratroopers above enemy land. The paratroopers will try to conquer the enemy land. The only enemy of the transport airplanes is the anti-air missiles of the enemy and because of this the more technology levels you have in the transport airplanes the greater the chance that more troops will arrive at their target safely.

 

Attack Helicopter - helicopters are great to use for hitting enemy tanks, APCs, artillery, and troops.  Helicopters can be used for hitting enemy tanks, for softening positions and before a full scale invasion.  It is important to decrease enemy tanks!

Attack helicopters can destroy double the number of tanks than every other weapon.

Can kill and destroy: Troops, APCs, Tanks, Artillery and anti-air missiles.

 

ASW Helicopter – These helicopters are equipped with special weapons for use against enemy submarines. You can use the ASW helicopters in missions to try to decrease the enemy’s submarines force.

Can destroy: Submarines.

 

Transport Helicopter – Can be used for one thing only and that is to drop commando troops above enemy land. The commando troops will try to conquer the enemy land.

Transport helicopters will allow you to drop troops above close enemy lands.

 

Submarines – Submarines are a great stealth weapon, and can be used to launch stealth attacks on enemy shorelines. A successful stealth attack will kill many enemy passengers.  Submarines are equipped with torpedoes. The torpedoes are used against enemy passenger ships and enemy submarines.

Can kill and destroy: Civilians and battle ships.

 

Battle Ships – Battle Ships help protect your shoreline.  They also carry huge cannon guns that can hit enemy troops.  When used during Navy Attacks they can help decrease enemy ships and also troops.

Can kill and destroy: Troops, battle ships, submarines and Aircraft/helicopter Carriers.

 

Transport Ships – Transport ships can carry resources to their destination.

You can use them to send aid to allies. Be careful of enemy raids because they can destroy your ships and also capture them.

 

Aircraft/Helicopter Carriers – Aircraft/helicopter Carriers can help you to defend your allies on the lower ranks. The carriers will allow you to open an attack window on a player whose Net Worth is bigger or smaller than your country’s Net Worth by 50%.

Aircraft carriers can carry jets and bombers to far away lands and helicopter carriers can carry attack helicopters and ASW helicopters.

 

Ballistic Missiles – The ballistic missiles have multiple uses.

Regular warhead – Can destroy enemy factories or hit civilians.

Chemical warhead - Every missile can hit enemy civilians or troops. (Small quantity)

Biological warhead - Every missile can hit enemy civilians or troops. (Large quantity)

Nuclear warhead – Can destroy your enemy’s country by hitting civilian centers or military bases.

EMP warhead – If you hit the enemy his/her factories will not work for few days or the he/she will not be able to produce weapons for few days.

 

Anti-Ballistic Missiles (SDI) – The Anti-Ballistic missiles are used to defend against incoming enemy ballistic missiles.  The greater your Anti-Ballistic missiles, the less chance the enemy ballistic missiles have of hitting your country!  

 

Radar – The Radar units are used to check for countries that are in your range of power. The more radar power you have, the more countries you can check.

 

Satellites – The satellites are very important and are used to collect information on your enemy before launching any kind of attack. When you know your enemy’s weapons status then it’s more likely you will succeed in your attack.

 

Fake weapons – Fake weapons are used to confuse your enemy and also to make him/her think again before he/she attacks your country.

The enemy can hit your country and see that weapons have been destroyed, but in realty he/she destroyed fake weapons made from cardboard.

 

Headquarters – Will improve for one time your chance of success in Operation Freedom or Total Annihilation (will increase your chance to succeed in the mission by 30%).

 

Gas Masks - Will protect your country from one chemical or biological attack.

Troops and civilians will be protected and will not die even when the missiles hit the ground.

 

Sea Mines - Will protect your country from one Navy Attack, Stealth attack or Operation storm at sea.

The enemy mission will fail and many enemy units will be hit by enemy mines.

 

Land Mines - Will protect your country from one enemy invasion.

(APC conquest, Operation Freedom, Total Annihilation)

The enemy will fail and will not conquer any land.

Many enemy units will be hit by the mines.

 

Bunker – Will protect your country from one enemy bombardment. 

The enemy will fail in the mission.
